Catalogue only refers to "Tea Shoppe" for C32. Assumed however that its this model which as identified in old postcards was at one time a tea shop. Also referred to on listing as "THE OLD TEA SHOP, 45 AND 46, CHURCH STREET" Also version without the flowers to the front and with windows in the gable.
