Blowers and Cooper's hardware shop, 28-30 Connaught Avenue, Frinton on Sea. Made in 1987 as a private commission in limited numbers on the closure of the shop, having traded since 1912. Believed to be between 25 and 50 examples produced which also included a certificate.

M Lankaster advised by Pat Fry that she was responsible for the the painting of this model. Model also available of the Lock and Barrel pub which the building subsequently became.
